Your payment is secure
Checkout on youngera.store runs on Shopify's hosted, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant checkout — the highest level of certification in the payment card industry.
What that means in practice
- We never see your card details. Your card number goes directly to the payment processor, encrypted. It is never stored on our systems and no one at Young Era can view it.
- Every page is encrypted. The whole site runs over TLS (the padlock in your browser). Your details can't be read in transit.
- Fraud screening runs on every order. Suspicious transactions are flagged before they're processed.
- 3D Secure where your bank supports it. You may be asked to confirm the payment through your bank's app or by SMS code. That's an extra layer of protection for you, not a problem with your order.
Accepted payment methods
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your country. All available options are processed through the same secure checkout.
Currency
All prices on this site are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert at their rate and may add a foreign transaction fee — that fee comes from your bank, not from us.
When you're charged
Your card is charged when you place the order, not when it ships. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we refund you in full.
Something looks wrong on your statement
Charges from us appear as Young Era or youngera.store. If you see a charge you don't recognise, email support@youngera.store with the amount and date before raising a chargeback — it's almost always faster for us to sort it out directly.
Be careful out there
We will never email or call you asking for your full card number, your CVV, or your account password. If you receive a message claiming to be from Young Era and asking for any of that, it isn't us. Forward it to support@youngera.store.
