These terms govern your use of youngera.store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.
Products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and construction. Product photography is shot to represent each item faithfully, but screen calibration varies and exact colour may differ slightly from what you see.
Measurements given in our size guide are body measurements and may vary by up to an inch between production runs.
We produce in limited runs. Availability shown on the site is not a guarantee of stock until your order is confirmed.
Prices
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where:
- The item is out of stock
- There is an error in the price or description
- Payment is declined or flagged by fraud screening
- We are unable to ship to your delivery address
If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place the order. Checkout is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant systems; we never see or store your card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on your country.
If your card is issued in a currency other than USD, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is charged by your bank, not by us.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, rates and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.
Customs and import charges
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country are your responsibility. We cannot calculate, control or refund them.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 14 days from delivery, unworn and tagged, customer pays return postage except where the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Intellectual property
The Young Era name, logo, wordmark, product designs, graphics, photography and site copy are our property and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission. This includes copying our designs, reusing our photography in your own listings, or trading under a confusingly similar name.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural events, industrial action or supply failure.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
